Default Problem Playing Pandora Premium

(I posted this in the Audio forum, but thought best to post here where there are more eyes; please pardon the duplication)

I've used the Lexus App in my 2014 GS350 to play my free Pandora account for a while with no problems. Yesterday, I signed up for their 60 day free trial of Pandora Premium. Now Pandora will not connect in my car. Anyone else have this issue?

Thumbs down Hate the Lexus Enform App

I don't have the premium service, as I just use the basic (free) service from Pandora. I CONSTANTLY have issues playing Pandora through the Lexus App - our GS must have the worst software. Any time there is an update to Pandora or Lexus App, I have to "remove" my phone from the car link, then re-link it back in and then reboot it for it to work - and even then, that's no guarantee. Sometimes it will work for a one to 3 days and other times up to a week at the most in a row, then all the sudden - no way will it link up and play Pandora even though I try everything from restarting Pandora on the car, re-linking my phone and even rebooting my phone multiple times.

In short, I hate the app. I have no problems linking my phone to the car to play Pandora via bluetooth and even to listen to Google directions through my phone over the car speakers (via bluetooth) with no issues.

I'm still under warranty and am going to continue to take the car into Lexus to have them fix it - perhaps even have it considered a "lemon" because they can't get it right.

Does anyone else have the same problem? If so, what did you do to fix it?

I have a 2015 GS RWD and my phone is a Samsung Note 5 - all with the latest updates.

I have a 2014 GS350 and have given up on the Enform app due to connection issues. I just do blue tooth for pandora etc. Much less frustrating!
I love my car, but Enform was a huge let down for me.

Hi -
I have an RC 350 FSport and using the Pandora premium without any issues. of course i started out with the Pandora premium.
if disconnecting and reconnecting, I would contact a tech specialist via your delership or Lexus.com
