Love it, just like mine. Darker but not too dark like I see on all the G35s out there.

I got these from Amazon, but they were waaaaaaay too bright! (But great for the trunk in the GS, and the dome and trunk in my daughter's Civic Hatch)

Which LEDs did you use for above the vanity mirrors?

I did these in the door, vanity and trunk. They are pretty bright.

I drove it. And I tossed it around a little: some winding roads, quick stops and starts.

Such a wonderful machine.

i did not, had a buddy who has a body shop paint them. Its a mix of about 5/6 parts clear coat to 1 part gloss black then applied in a few coats. In my opinion its the best and right way to do it as it will hold up to the elements just as automotive paint does. I had bought a new set of tail lights from a dealer in Japan and brought them to the shop to get painted.

This is how I had the tails on my infiniti tinted. It's definitely the right way to do it, but vinyl is also a good alternative if you think you might ever revert back..my GS has a light smoke film and so far it's working out just as well as the painted tails on my infiniti.

thats why i bought a second set of lights. Pretty much anythingI do I like it to be reversible in case I dont like it or if I'm going to sell it I can revert back to stock. But it is a more costly way of doing things.

Thanks for the info and advice. I decided to live with mine stock for a while and make a decision later. The idea of buying another set of taillights is smart, but I'd rather not spend if I don't need to! I'll keep an eye out.

yeah cost on a set of new lights is just over $1000, I got these for $550 from a guy in japan and have about $100 into tinting them. So not the cheapest route but lexus parts and can go back if i have to.

YEP! Every once in a while when I need to put a smile on my face I do the same.
Nice to hear the engine rev and go through some quick turns. Love it!!!

Put my Think Design front lip on this past weekend and finally got around to snapping some pics. Only exterior thing that bothered me about the car was how much further the nose stuck out than the rest of the car. These two little pieces made all the difference! Actually bought it off user DiezDos here on the forum. Thanks again!

Looks good...that lip for the pre-refresh F-Sport is absolutely perfect IMHO - looks like it came from the factory like that!
