Base model 2014. Normal driving, nothing aggressive. Replaced my front pads at about 25k, still looked like I could have went a little bit longer.. The rear are still practically at full spec.

On my last car (honda accord coupe) rear brakes last 90k miles. On another hand went through 4 sets pads and 1 set rotors in the front. Considering only 2 piston vs 4 piston on the gs Fsport i think 10-15k mile per pads set is reasonable.
Lucky lexus doesn't require to change rotors everytime like bmw.

Hoping someone clarifies as well. I'm taking my car to the dealership today/tomorrow to get it checked out for wind noise on the driver side and moon roof. Figured I better ask all my questions then and there especially since my basic warranty is expiring in 1.5k miles. So 48.5k miles on the rear pads so far.

dont know why you need to worry about rear pad warranty or not. It is wear and tear so either way money will come out of your pocket. You can ask dealer for full inspection and get an estimate of the life on the rear pads. I doubt it will need to be change.

The dealer wanted $416+tax...so I got the part number, purchased them online, and had a local shop change them for much less. The 2015 didn't require new pads at 20K miles, so I must've driven less aggressively. I think it was in the yellow zone though.

Nah my warranty is about to expire so I wanted to make a list of things to ***** about to see if any of those could be able to qualify under the warranty. The guy that I worked with before was really cool and kind of just turned a blind eye to a few things last time. Got me free programming for a keyfob and replaced both the pads and rotors along with a few smaller things. He probably wouldn't go as far as the replace the rear pads for me I think.. but at the very least he could give me more info on them.. like the part number and how often they get replaced and what not.

Anyways.. I went to the dealership today.. unfortunately the guy that I talked with before doesn't work there anymore.... (much sad) he had been working there for a while... I complained about the air noise with the moon roof and the driver side mirror, but honestly that may just be me being paranoid, but the other thing.. the issue with the infotainment system freezing occasionally and then me having to restart it whenever that happens for it to work.. thank the Jesus that when the tech came in to try to replicate the issue.. the issue actually popped up the first time lol. So they're having their engineers look at that. I'll ask about the pads when I get the car back. Today was a pain in the ***.
