Go to a body shop and have them order it for you

Try Sewell Lexus. They use to be a great supplier until Lexus stopped them from selling at a discount.

A lot of online OEM parts stores are no longer shipping bumpers. Read their shipping disclosures. Sewell lexus is no longer shipping bumper covers as well, because they've closed their online store. I spoke with them two weeks ago regarding a 2013 GS 350 F sport bumper so I could do a conversion on my car and I was informed that they don't ship anymore and that local pick up is all they can offer. You also no longer get the club Lexus discount, so it's useless ordering from there.

2016 F Sport Bumper $313
2016 F Sport Grill $552
or
2016 Base Grill $675

2016 Headlight Assy Standard - $1021 each
or
Triple Beam LED Assy - $2287 each

You can swap over to the new headlights or you can have the body shop doing the work mold in your headlights. I've got a rough quote from one of the local shops here and he was saying around $1000 for paint and custom work (that was him making a guess without seeing the car or the new bumper).

My guess is I'll be looking to spend around $2000 for parts, paint, and custom work.

Here's a good side by side I've been studying lines around the headlights to see what it would look like. The fenders and the hood are the same lines.

I did find a bumper and grill set up on eBay for $350 plus shipping. There's a broken grill attachment clip on the bumper and the grill has a few spots that are cracked. I'm not 100% confident it would be ok getting one with a broken attachment clip. I've been on the hunt for a used grill though. I would rather not drop $700 for a new one.

Sweet find. Do you know if the GS-F headlight or the regular GS headlight would be plug and play for my 2013 gs350?

No; the headlights are not plug and play. I know NXXT (CL Member) was in the process of getting his to work. Not sure if he's got them up and running yet.

I think he is still working on getting them to work. Hopefully he sees this thread and can post an update.
