I have super downs and it can get bouncy at times but overall great ride and I think it gives the car the best drop for springs!

I just installed Superdowns and the ride is smooth, but as some had mentioned... if the road gets rough you feel it for sure. Overall I am extremely happy and would highly recommend. Taking fast tight corners is awesome as well.
