Default Disabling smart access system

Page 575 of the manual that came with my 2016 GS shows that the owner can disable the smart access system, but I cannot find the setting. It ought to be with the page of locking settings but I do not see it there. Anybody know where it is?

One of those settings (from Carista) will prevent the smart key from unlocking the trunk but I want to stop it from unlocking the doors as well. The instruction manual seems to say this is possible.

Not sure if this is what you are referring to but if you hold the lock button and press the unlock button twice, it puts the key in battery saver mode, effectively disabling the smart access system. A good use for this is if you do not want to carry your smart key around, you can lock it in the car and only carry around the mechanical key.

You can use the smart while in battery saver mode also by just placing the key on the start button until the car recognizes it.
