Oh really? That's sweet!

Cause their paint matches 99.9% with the factory paint. They are a Lexus certified repair shop that's why.

Yup! Called a few months back and got a quote for a painted f sport bumper with all necessary parts to do a f sport bumper conversion and it was like $1,200 shipped to my door. So they are operating just not online.

Do they still have some sort of catalog or something? Was so disappointed when I saw that they closed down the site.. heard so many good things about them before I got my car.

I'm not sure if they have a catalog or not but just google them for a phone number and the parts department will help you out. They were super nice over the phone and answered all my questions.

No way in the world you're going to make that look okay with touch up paint.

To get it done right, the whole bumper needs to come off, they will color coat that spot, blend it into the rest of the bumper and re-clear the whole bumper cover, and reinstall. At a good shop, $500-700.

The carrier company should certainly pay for it.

The bumper cover on my LS was damaged when I took delivery and it was repainted in this way and is 100% perfect, so don't sweat it, it'll be fine but this shouldn't be your responsibility.
