My subscription actually ended a few days before I traded in my car. I had it for over 2 years. It was included as part of my car purchase for the first year, then when I thought I was going to have to renew it, it never stopped. It stayed active for another year and a few months. I don't know who paid for it but I got full access with traffic and all for free. I'm thinking the dealer might have been the one being charged without knowing they were.

I think Lexus should give their owners free XM stuff for life. I mean it's a Lexus and they give AAA membership for free so why not XM too!

It is covered under your warranty, also lodge is covered. If your car happens to **** up on the middle of a trip and its covered. You just give them the bill of lodge and they will cover it. And by AAA i think he meant the free towing covered under that also

The free roadside assistance is good for the first 4 years and u can get free AAA membership after that if u still own ur Lexus I think. Basically they will waive the AAA membership fee if ur a Lexus owner.
