Default Steering Issue.

I usually only use this forum for my Lexus but I've run into a problem with my 2000 Nissan Maxima. I have a issue when I'm between 45-55mph where my wheel does a slight shift. I'm in a the process of replacing my strut/spring assembly and was wondering could they be the cause since they're really bad. I was also wondering could it be a bad ball joint or something like that. I drive this car to work Monday-Friday and I just don't want anything bad to happen.

Also when on the interstate or when coming around wide turns I feel the same wobble. What can this be?
