I am running the GS350 tires since they are practically new but i will get proper sizes when they need to be replaced.
Fronts: 235/40/19 (vs stock of 225/40/18)
Rears: 265/35/19 (vs stock of 245/40/18)
I used 15mm spacers for the rears because the rear GS wheels have +60 offset (vs. +50 on the IS).

Yeah, 5% is a lot if you are on a lease! You should just get the proper size for them.
