Screen Customization

So my 2013 F Sport always automatically after a few minutes of inactivity defaults back to the navigation screen regardless of the screen I was on previously. I'd like for my USB to be the default screen for music files not the navigation. Can this be done? I don't really use the navigation and if I did I'd to select this manually and instead always have the USB music files displayed.

Another question. When I go to the display button I can only select two of the six screen design options. There are four options such as turn by turn display which is grayed out. How can I unlock these? Do I need the Carista app?

You can set Automatic Screen Change to OFF in the settings.
The four options that are currently grayed out are only accessible when you have a destination inputted.
