Traction Control light Coning on while stopped

Traction Control light Coning on while stopped

So I've noticed that when im stopped and press the brake pedal all the way the traction control light comes on. Has anyone else experienced this?

I believe that's downhill assist. The RX loaner I had does the same.

Yes and that holds the car still for what? 3 secs?

I don't know if it holds the car as I live in a flat area

You can still tell. When you release the brake your car doesn't move forward.
