To close for comfort
man oh man that's close! I bought mine as a CPO and because its nebula gray, I didn't notice some curb rash right where the bottom front lip is. I ended up having my body man fill it in and repaint it - a cost I didn't expect, but hey, you gotta pay to play, right?
^this. Back your car in, or if the other car has good paint you can use that as a mirror, or look at the other cars mirror and use it as a marker with your mirror (usually regular people park their cars all the way in so you can estimate how far to park by their mirror and yours)

I perfected the use of the reflection from car next to me when I had my 350z which was lowered on coils. The Z was a really short car, so I didn't have to worry about my back end sticking out. I find using this technique on the GS leaves my trunk sticking too far out sometimes so now I back in 90% of the time if there is a curb.
