Default Pricing question

I'm looking at a 14 GS 350 Luxury package. It's a CPO car with around 3000 miles on it. The original sticker was around 61k. The car is marked down to $49,700. Is this a good price and do you think the dealership would come down at all when taking advantage of the CPO .9% financing. I would be buying in the next couple of days to take advantage of the financing deal.
Thanks.

From what I learned on this forum:

On a $61k gs350, invoice is around $53,000, I think b/n $46,000 - $47,000 would be more fair. wheatear the dealer would come down or not, no one knows, if they think they can sell it for $49.7, then they will not come down. I would start with offering them $45,000 and see where it would take you. Just don't give in too soon, stay on course of $45,000 and tell them it the only price you can afford.

Also keep an eye out on the CPO designation. A few people have reported that once the dealer was willing to move on the number, they took off all the CPO benefits
