Default 3D Bird View

If you are looking forward to 3D bird's view you mean this?

The 3D view is part of the Gen 8 navigation, which started in the 3rd gen IS, the CT, and the GX last year, and spreads this model year ('15) to most other models, including the GS. In my opinion, it's a major improvement.

Did you set it to 3D/Bird's Eye mode?

To toggle to the Bird's Eye mode, you need to click on the compass in the top left.

I believe you're out of luck.

You'd also need a remote touch hardware update to make it work properly, as the new one incorporates a "Home" button.

The 2015 GS WILL NOT have the 3D view/Gen 8 Nav. The 15 ES 350 picked this up as well as most of the other models except RX 350. Most likely 16' refresh will get it.

Lexus press release says otherwise

http://pressroom.lexus.com/releases/...rds+luxury.htm

In addition, the Navigation system can help guide you to your destination more efficiently with full and predictive traffic information, including detour preview, ETA calculation and low-fuel coordination with available fuel stations. Navigation also includes the Lexus Enform App Suite and features 3D and bird’s eye map views, plus 3D building views.
