lip is probably the best i could have hoped for in terms of fitment
literally screwed on flush without any gaps in minutes

I thought I recognized the landscape. I spent all my working life in the San Jose area. We lived at Discovery Bay for 18yrs. Wife was born and raised in SJ......ow and....nice car

Is it just screws on the side only? Aren't the directions in Japanese? Is anything holding it in the middle?

im not sure about the exact location of the mounting points but ill look under the car when it's on a lift next time

yes a large enough dip does cause a bit of rubbing
