I noticed that when I get a text msg. it doesn't always show up on my screen, it will say Subject and nothing else.

Then it may show up in 30minutes or it may not. HAs anyone had this problem?

 

Yes, I do too. Same with e-mails. Sometimes it will show, the voice will read it, and then the message will disappear. I also can't use any of the Quick Reply messages or call from a text message. Both those just error out.

I think I'm most surprised by how poorly this software was implemented. It could have been much more refined. My dealership doesn't seem to know why either.

 

it won't show the txt on your screen when your moving. if your stopped it will. I think they designed it so your not as distracted while driving reading a txt message on the screen. the only thing it will do while in motion is dictate it to you.

 

Are you sure, because I am almost certain i did show while moving. It wont Read either

 

I have a 2014, and it will show the body of the message if I'm stopped, as soon as I start moving it it will stay on the same screen, just the message text will disappear.

 

Yea its retarded that u cant read the text messages while driving.....I got so annoyed with it not working rite that I just shut off the option totally.

 

I have the beatsonic bypass on mine, I can read messages in motion now. Might be a solution for some of you.
