My lexus enform app is setup and logged into... The dash shows iHeartRadio or pandora playing and even shows the current song being played but there's no audio. Anyone else have this problem? I'm connected via Bluetooth and also hardwired into the USB. Just no audio. Ideas?

 

The issue is that you're plugged into the USB. If you unplug it, it'll work.

Is it an iPhone?

 

So it doesn't work when you're plugged into the USB? Happened to me today.. That's weird.

I am having the same problem. Connected via BT only!
Pandora is loaded and playing with no sound. Sometimes it works and then the next time I get in, it won't work! I can go to the radio and it works fine.

Happens with my Iphone also when attempting to listen to Pandora on occasion.

 

When plugged in, the iPhone wants to send audio out of the cable although the car is waiting for music over bluetooth. Change the output device from dock connector to "CAR MULTIMEDIA" or whatever yours is called and it will play while still plugged in. You can do this by swiping up from the bottom of the phone using control center if you have iOS 7 or later.
