Hello All,
I stuck this on the Maintenance forum and got no hits. So i'll try here where there is more traffic . . . . . .
I'm looking for a little assistance. I am looking at purchasing a pre-owned 2013 GS450h with >18K miles on it. I have checked the service history at lexusowners.com and I see that at around 6K miles it was serviced and the description says 'Non Warrantable Operation Code'. Anyone have any idea what this means? I know this could mean anything. I am just looking for any info I can get. Is this a normal default code? Or, does it mean trouble? Considering the service was done about 12K miles ago, I am hoping it was nothing major and I should be good.
Any thoughts or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
My lexus dealership used that code for my tire rotation. But i guess it could mean anything.
Thanks for the input Viren. This confirms my theory that this code could mean just about anything. I'd be interested to see if anyone else has seen this code assigned to other services on their vehicle.
I think it really depends on how detailed the dealer wants to be with the entry. Look at these two. One was a major service at 10k and the other is what seems to be a TSB (I can't remember for sure).

how do you access this on your phone? I don't see it on the enform app.
Thanks to everyone who chimmed in here. I guess it is asking too much to have Lexus provide us with better information. Such generic details only raise suspicion. It is what it is!
At my dealer we use some "custom" OP Codes. S10 for general repairs and we write in information. MA10 for an oil change. 20GS13 for a 20K service on a 2013 GS, this prints with all the info for the service, Lexus' same code 001200 prints with 20000 MILE SERVICE NON WARRANTY-NON OEM.
Lexus then interupts these as a NON WARRANTABLE OP CODE.
I pulled the service history.
Looks like oil changes were done close to schedule.
There is a note about the driver seat motor not working sometimes that may not have been fixed, check that when you see it.
