You should not need a fit kit or shim kit now, car is to new I wouldn't worry about that.

Hell no. It should be 30k or higher on average depending on how aggressive you drive. I have owned and driven BMW, Audi, Mercedes, Lexus. Infiniti. They all had brake pads lasting up to 45 to 60k miles without changing. I am a fast driver and spirited at times. My GS F-Sport has 28,000 miles and I still have 80% brake pad left front and rear. And I do push this car!

Brake pads just like tires last according to the type of use they see as well as the compound used. 60K of highway driving is a lot easier on your brake pads than 30K miles of stop and go traffic. It doesn't matter whether it's a BMW or a Bugatti or if you're Mario Andretti.

If you have an F Sport ( I assume you do since you mentioned a 2 piece rotor) it should have come with a compound that has a higher degree of friction than the non F Sport 350 which would explain them wearing faster than normal. I had an IS F and if you visit that forum or any Lexus dealer they'll tell you that pads on the IS F as well as rotors don't last 60K. You'd be lucky to get 20K.
