Which bulb is this? (the color temp appears to be slightly different than the headlights)

Tough getting a LED to exactly match the HIDs.
The HIDs are 4300K.
LED bulbs are 5K and 6K.
I have 5K and they're close enough.

This one is 6k. Yes, it is very tough to match the headlights. I am very happy with it though. $60.00 instead of $300.00

The LED fog lights look good. How difficult is it to change the bulbs?
Is it a DIY job for someone who doesn't know much about working with cars?

Trust me, I am just a DIY guy. If you follow the instruction from the manual, it is very easy. It took me an hour to replace it on the driver side and 10 minutes on the passenger side. If you have questions, just ask and I will try to explain it.

Nice setup!
But i have a question not related to the thread. Why most people cover their license plate numbers when posting a picture publicly? Just curios

i guess because the best protection is not to give away unnecessary information in the first place.
