I just dropped a deposit on a 14 GS F-SPORT with Gray Pearl and Cab interior. It's due in at the end of November.

I currently am driving an ISF and the brake dust is brutal, especially in the front (14 inch Brembos). This is my only nit with this car other than maybe the overly stiff suspension.

How is the GS with brake dust?

 

It's pretty brutal as well. Performance brake pads tend to give off a lot of brake dust.

 

I don't have an F sport but it's not that bad if you don't maintain it. A lot of users report of spots appearing on the wheel that the dealer said is because of dust buildup...

 

The brake dust on the front wheels of the F Sport is heavy. I wash my front wheels every 3 days or so and I only drive short distances.

 

I Opti coat all my wheels... Not as much BD afterwards and so much easier to clean. The only time I have to use my wheel woolie is after I've driven through rain. Opti coat all your wheels within the first few days of ownership. Take them off and coat the whole wheel... Barrel and all, you'll be glad you did.
