Anybody have their XM Data plan expire? Did they try to get you to come back? What kind of price?

The only one I would even consider paying for is the traffic, although it's got marginal coverage on the routes I travel.

 

I only renew the XM Traffic service and paid $83.79 for 2 years without any activation fees.

 

who did you talk to about that or what promotion did you get...I can only get the $24 deal for 6 months...would love to pay that price for 2 years!!! Send me a PM if you have the details. Thanks!

 

The price $83.79 for 2 years XM Traffic service only! NO radio.

You can just log in to your current account and renew the Traffic service only. There are tabs to click on if you don't want the Radio service. You can chat with a rep and they will guide you though all the steps.

Keep in mind if your service already expired, there will be a activation fees involve.

Enter your info and setup the new account for 2 months free trial. I use the same name and address still went though.
Refresh the activation signals and check your radio working.
Once free trial start you and opt to pay $8 for 2 months Traffic service.
On the renewal options, choose renewal ONLY Traffic service.
Choose the length you want (1 year minimum, 2-3 years options)
You'll be bill only for Traffic service after 2 months trial and there no activation fees at all.

Enjoy your XM radio 2 months for $8!!

 

$24 for 6 months comes $4/month.

I thought the regular renewal price is $4/month, for each of the dats services (e.g. traffic, weather).

 

I let mine expire and they called and offered me 12 months for 30... XM select only. Of course I complained about the service and the customer service, so they got a supervisor on the line and she offered me that deal.
