there are a couple of threads already discussing this, as far as the money that is available, right now Lexus is going through their sales event and is slated to end September 3rd. so if you aren't going to get a 14' for sure now would be a good time to buy, if you want to see what the 14's look like Lexus has its second sale of the year starting in november. But i highly doubt there will be a lot of 13's left as they will try to liquidate the current stock for the 14's which will more than likely have no discount or offers like the 14' IS 350 F sport right now. Hopefully this helps your decision.
