Default Got My 5K Done!

So got my cars 5K at 4,577 and although they checked everything, and did most of the other stuff, they had a problem with the blinker change. So apparently there is a long list for the F-Sport in order to change the blinker indicator from 3 to 5. Can someone give me a PDF of the list from techstream. As I have to do this on my own. Thanks in advance!

Here's a link to the instructions. I ended up doing it myself after the dealership spent 30 mins trying to do it. It was a 30 second process once I actually sat down and read the instructions beforehand instead of reading while trying to do it. Just make sure to take a swig of something strong before and you'll be fine lol.

Yeah been enjoying the car especially with these beautifully sunny days.

Yes they struggled as well, thats why they told me to try it at home, they gave me some papers but they were ripped up and missing steps.

thanks for video, but it failed to mention the most important element of it, the position of the wiper sensitivity barrel.

after 20 min of frustration looked at the PDF and found out what i needed to do.

the lowest sensitivity position is 3 flashes, then 5 flashes, then 7 flashes, then off. (there are a total of 4 sensitivity points)

will see how 5 flashes works, might change to 7 if i feel i need to.

I changed mine to 5 and find that's the sweet spot for me.

so when do you change the sensitivity position? Before or after holding the lane change signal to acheive 5 flashes?

I wish there was an easier way to do it. Took me three tries before I got it to work. 5 is perfect for me.

So I just did it and failed, wanted 5 and its currently blinking 7, I'll try again tomorrow as starting and turning off the vehicle isn't really good for the starter.

i'd set it, then start by turning off the car while holding the signal up.

I read the directions for a half hour while trying and finally got it. it almost became like a game. seconds is perfect for me since I like to allow at least 4 seconds before I move into the next lane
