Question March (GS) Incentives

Anyone know when the March incentives from Lexus will be announced? Is it always on the first of the new month or do the dealers get them a day or two before?
Thanks

Current incentives will expire on 28, and just like you, iam also sitting on fence to see what kind of incentives will come up for GS in March. Looking at the screwed up economy, and cars not selling that well hoping some thing good and usually March has some good incentives after the holiday season

Don't hold your breath. The GS is selling just fine. The economy for people who can afford the GS has been just fine the last year or so. It's the people who can never consider a GS that are still suffering.

2800 in Dec.w/incentives
1100 in Jan.
Maybe less in Feb.

Incentives help sell vehicles.

Lexus does do a spring event from time to time and am hoping they do it for 13 and in March. It's amazing at the difference in regional deals, the NE is offering a $56k GS for about $459 a month 27 mos 10k miles with about $4500 due at signing. The Southern deal is MSRP of $53k and 36 mos 10k miles with same amount due at signing, our dealer has done better than that but the NE is a far better place to lease from right now no doubt due to the winter.

I agree about car sales slowing and with competitors rolling out all the all new MB E, facelifted 5 series and even the14 Infiniti G plus the new 14 IS moving up in size and content plus being a 14 due in a few months, not to mention there's a darn good chance the gs will get an 8 speed and LFA gauge option, hopefully Lexus will do something to move out current GS's in stock before summer. I would venture to say the 13 GS will have some amazing incentives (better than normal) behind them after the 14's are due in proving the changes happen. The other thing to consider is the 13 GS will be a very long model year if the 14 comes out in Sept/Oct since it debuted around Feb'12 if I'm not mistaken.

I hope you're right. I'm also in the market and waiting to find out about incentives. If I can get a '13 GS F-sport in March for a good price, I'll have it for quite a few months before the introduction of the 14s gives me buyers remorse.

The other thing we have going for us (at least for now is) the yield on the10yr Treasury is back to 1.88 vs the 2.05 it was at about two weeks ago so if it hold the Mf's may be a bit better. In all honesty now is not the best time to buy a GSFS.

Question, when the December to rememebr sales event hits for this year will it be on left over 13 GS's or 14's...last year is not a fair comp since the GS was released so early in the year and still a new model in Dec

Thanks

The usual "Spring for a Lexus" event is likely but no way of knowing any figures

Sorry, but how is this related to sales of $50-65K GS cars?

Also hurricane Sandy in November destroyed over 250,000 cars so there is no problem with sales in the east coast as I had trouble finding my new GS. In addition to that there is no problem with GS sales in US despite the economy. it is a lot of car for the money.
