There is a service bulletin available to correct this condition with updated front rotors.

I got that TSB done, the dealer should have it on file. I found the TSB pdf on CL but can't seem to locate it anymore. Try doing the advanced search. Sorry no help here

I have this like bell ringing/ticking sound when I go forward (haven't tried reversing) it gets faster as I go faster. The sound is coming from my right rear wheel. Mechanics said could be rims or bearings. My mileage is abt 45000km or 28k miles. Tried tightening the wheel hub to the lug nuts but it didn't help. Sending the car in soon, let's see what kinda answer i can get from Lexus.

Yes sir! Print this out and hand it over to your service adviser on your next visit:

I had this replaced, however the ticking recently came back and I will have to have the dealership look at the car again.

Since you are taking the car in very soon, you should also check to see if you qualify for this TSB. I recently had all my trim replaced:

Hope this helps!
