I have 1000 miles on my GS 350. I learned the other day that Riviera Red is not metallic, but rather glass flakes in the paint. I detailed it myself with a coat of Pinnacle Souveran wax and it pretty much glows in the dark. Anyhow, I took it to a fairly upscale restaurant in Boca Raton, Fl the other night and the valet pulled it up front next to the Bentley's etc. Well I figured they would move it by the time I finished dinner but was surprised to find it exactly where they put it it!
Anyhow, just put a big smile on my face.

 

Wow...no one in Vermont could care. So weird...I got so many looks when I had my S2000s and now...not a glance???

 

I rolled my GS up to the front of a theater for a show a couple of months ago and the valet guys parked it right in front and handed me my keys back in exchange for the chance to look inside it!
