how do i access my apps

hey guys quick question how do i access my apps on the info/apps it keeps giving me a error message and to contact lexus giving me a 1800 number

Make sure the Lexus Enform app is installed on your phone and running. You will have to be logged in. Also make sure your phone is paired with the car and connected. That's all you have to do.

Your Enform should be active for 1 year trial. If you try what obadea suggests and it is not working then they might not have your Enform activated. Call the 800 number or go by your dealer.
