Default Leaking oil?

Recently did a random under check on my 2013 gs350 awd today and i noticed i was leaking a fluid. I lifted the car up and noticed it was oil. I got my last oil change back in july of this year. Anyone know what it could be? And what the costs more or less could be if you know the exact issue? Any help will be appreciated.

I have a RWD so I'm just guesting by looking at the pics., but it looks like part of the AWD transfer case. Did you recently get this part service? If so I would take it back to who did the service.
I can't tell from the picture but if they reuse the old crush washer it might cause a small leak over time.

Someone with AWD might be able to chime in.
