Alternator
If you search for posts I've made, I have a few tips on getting that thing out. It is NOT easy getting to the mounting bolts and clips, but it's doable.
There's a couple clips and a fan controller module on the radiator fan support you need to also take out (and you need to use a JIS Philips bit or you'll strip the heads!)

I am not sure if you are aware but there is a bolt behind the alternator. I did a drain and refill on coolant as I removed the upper radiator hose.

If I remember right, I used a 1/4" drive ratchet and some u-joints/extensions to get to that bolt nut. The bolt in the front is easy, the nut is a pain. I think I stuffed some papertowel in the socket when I went to put it back in, as well as some mirrors so I could see the stud. You may have some luck breaking off a bit of fridge magnet and putting that in the socket to keep the nut from falling.
Here's my thread on taking it out (as well as partial rebuild of it): https://www.clublexus.com/forums/gs-...placement.html
