Just brought 2013 luxury from dealer and constant complaints about voice being choppy so I have to use AirPods or speakerphone is there a fix for Bluetooth issues

 

@Yadapp54 - Are you using an iPhone or Android?

Do you have a lot of old text messages in your phone?

If that doesn't work, you can also go into the diagnostic menu and make sure your mic sounds good. I think you can also adjust some settings with echo/noise cancellation from here, but haven't really played with it.

 

I have a iPhone 15 pro max
I did this and adjusted mic and still bad during conversations it’s weird I tested the mic and it was extremely clear maybe I’ll test my wife and see if it’s the same reaction

 

Someone I know had this same problem with their iPhone 15 Pro max and a 13 GS with ML. We went into the Mic volume setting on a call and kept adjusting it up and down until it fixed it. Like EAST says, but the screen looks different on the 13 GS menu.

Also make sure your BT call volume from the caller on the other end it not too, too loud. That will feed noise back into your mic, and chop your transmission out some, even thier background noise coming into your speakers.
