I fixed the drivers window a few months ago and noticed recently that the passenger side window was also making the same noise, mainly when going up. After lubricating everything the rubbing, squeaking did not go away. Somehow the felt on the inside of the door cover was folded down and lost its shape. To remedy this are used glue to simply glue it back up so that it cannot move. This worked well for the driver side window and should fix this one as well. I thought I would share this if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.
