My other post was about my GS300 it will not wake up main infuses good check all little fuses they are also good battery's been tested power wire has been tested. After further inspection I found that the wiring harness was cut at the stock amplifier GS300 factory amplifier out of a junk GS300 cut all the clips attached to the stock amp off of the scrap car guy would not allow me to tear hole wiring harness out he had no place to put the interior and things when I was done so I had to cut clip at the amplifier wired it into my wiring harness and was still unable to get the car to wake up does anyone know what could be the problem or have a intricate diagram of a GS300 wiring harness that I can study and make sure everything is hooked up properly any help will be a great appreciation
Your post is a bit confusing! Did you recently purchase a 2006 GS300 and there was damage to the wiring harness on the amplifier. So you went to the junkyard and clipped the plug end and mounted repaired it.
What do you mean by wake up? Is the car not turning on or cranking over when you press the ignition? Have you checked the key fob battery to make sure its good.
Yes you are completely correct. None of the lights on the dash will come on the start button does not come on but the main block has power and checked all the fuses and they are good. My OBD table will not make connections to car I check systems
Are you sure the key is for the car and has the car started in the past with that same key? Maybe you have an issue with the key not being programmed. When you press the button on the key fob does the light turn on on the key fob? How are you entering the car, does the door handle unlock entry work? Or did you use a key to open the door. I would make sure the key fob is getting power and if it is not then either the battery or the terminals on the battery are not clean or are not making good contact.
I wouldnt try throw parts at it, send it to the dealer and pay for 1 hours worth of diagnostics. If its a simple issue fix it yourself. Or find a good mechanic who specializes in toyota/lexus
Okay I bought the car from auction did not have a key I went and got a key cut the locksmith tried to program the key and could not program the key because the car was not communicating with the key programmer. I'm using the hard key to get into the car the headlights do not work interior lights do not work but the power seats work the button on the dash push to start does not light up when I open the door and that's about all I know.

Ok, now it makes more sense as to why the cars not starting. These keys are tricky to program, not many lock smiths are able to reprogram them. The keys are also from my past understanding there not all programmable, unless things have changed. Because for my car, I purchased a used key fob on ebay and took the car to the dealer to have the used key programmed as a 2nd spare. They were unable to program the new/used key, advisor told me not all the keys are programable and best to purchase a key through your vin number. So you may need to purchase a new key. I would call a lock smith who specializes in toyota/lexus or you can take it to the toyota dealer some will work on these issues.
I have a question does the key have to be programmed to the car to wake it up? Because my little brother has a Lexus IS 250 and I don't even have to have the key in my pocket if the door is unlocked and I walk over and open it and look at the push to start button his button lights up green automatically even if I don't have the key or the key is nowhere near me I mean how does this system work like does anyone know that

I believe you have to have the key programmed to wake it up. You might be able to get past it, if you remove the cover over the door handle, and use the regular key by unlocking it there. That may tell the imobilizer that the key was used and to wake everything.
