I get an annoying error:- it comes and disappears on its own and it returns on its own.

Another thing - the moment the fault appears - the air conditioner stops cooling. As soon as the fault disappears - the air conditioner returns to cooling
Did you ever fix it? I have the same issue on my 2007 IS350. Thinking it’s the yaw rate sensor.
More likely you have a voltage issue. Either alternator, bad battery, loose battery connection etc. If you have had the alternator replaced with a china alternator or any other then denso or oem alternators then I would suspect that.
When voltage drops, or gets a dip. High voltage parts go offline, like the electrical steering, abs braking etc. I would monitor voltage, while driving.
