Default Brake bleed procedure

I grew up always helping Dad or brother by pressing brake peddle (pumping)
so when I added new brake fluid with oil change job at lexus and later I asked them please make sure to keep the wheels at the position, cause I'm on top of rotation position, he said we don't take off tires to bleed.
Huh? Ok... In my head i said "don't wheels come off to bleed?"

If you guys can chiming please do.

thanks

Wheels can stay on if you’re working from a lift which they would be.

I wouldnt bleed the brakes the traditional way as the correct procedure is to use a scan tool and release the ABS. You will have a tough time bleeding the system because of the abs pump.

What I did, is super simple and only takes a few min. Just grab a turkey baster siphon out all the old fluid out of the master cylinder bottle and replace with new fluid. The old will mix with the new, so its best to do this 2 more times with a few days in between this way it can come clear.
