Ive been seeing some of your posts here and I would suggest that you go to a local Lexus dealer and pay the 1 or 200 dollars and have them do a professional diagnosis of your vehicle.

Its more likely just water/moisture inside the exhaust, burning off. If it continues and the vehicle is hot then usually that is a sign the engine is burning coolant. You can inspect the coolant level and the color, if its low in coolant then top it off, if the color coolant no longer red then its possible headgasket failure or previous owner simply mixed coolant types.
But I would replace the water pump if the vehicle has never had it replaced. As this is a common fail point in our cars and causes overheating, eventually destroying the headgasket
Also there no point in spending lots of money on high dollar oils like amsoil, or mobil 1, our engines are low revving, without turbo or superchargers and more likely this is your daily driver and your not hot rodding the car around town. IMO Its better to replace the oil sooner like 3k miles and use a decent brand, with an oem filter vs high dollar oils and running it to 5k unless you do mostly light highway miles then 4-5k is fine.
I hear amazon basics oil is very good and comparable to mobil 1
Quick question I had Amsoil engine oil in my car like a month ago after 1 week I start notice white smoke 💨 every time I start on the engine no matter if the car warmed up or not ,, is it normal ? My car has 110mi gs350 , now i switch back to mobil 1 the smoke kinda disappear a little bit, but still there ? What you think it might be the oil is not compatible with the engine or it’s too harsh ?
thanks
Constantine, I merged your post here - you were asking the question in a different model forum about a car with a completely different engine than yours.
