Ok so it's a 06' Lexus GS 300 with 288xxx I had a code for bad knock sensors although the car was running fine I wanted the light to shut off so I had the sensors installed... During installation 4 of the 6 fuel injectors broke. I got new ones and had those installed as well. Now the car is put back together but won't turn over. It's very close but she just won't fire. We've been over it twice now and can't see anything wrong. It's like it's not getting gas or maybe no spark. We've been through all the fuses and they're good. It's got gas in it as well I just don't know... Maybe air in the fuel lines? What do you recommend I do?

 

Did you make sure that the fuel injectors are getting voltage? One easy way to tell is with a long screw driver, with the handle part beside your ear and the tip part on the injector body. You want to listen for a fast clicking. If the injectors work then you may have an ignition problem. You can also verify this by spraying starting fluid directly into the throttle body, if the engine fires on then know it is a fuel issue.

 

Also the injector you purchased to replace the oem, were they original or cheap china?

 

See if it starts coughing after spraying some either in it’s face
