Rear window removal
Yes, so if I recall correctly, some of those brackets were attached with rivets at the factory, I think you need to use a small drill bit and drill the rivets out very carefully.
Alternatively, there might be nothing attaching the glass to the bracket aside from friction and the rubber bit.
Does it not allow you to just slide the roller off and pull the glass out with the bracket attached?
I should add that I haven't done a window removal on our cars, but on other Lexuses I've seen that theres room to get the whole thing out with the bracket attached, just removing the roller for the window regulator from it first.

For anyone wondering, your emove the two 10mm bolts on the left side holding the frame, and theres a phillips on top, under the weather stripping. Then have someone hold the window and you unscrew the 4 10mm bolts holding the window motor. Take it off the rail and undo the frame and wiggle it out.
You didn't see anyone else commenting on the post and that okay, since no advice is preferable to giving bad advice. And if a person calls someone out on that, it dosent make them rude or ignorant. And I dont know why you are sharing your mechanical qualifications with us, since it makes you look worse, having all that experience, but still don't know what you're talking about. For the record, some kid on the 3gs facebook group walked me through it. There was no drilling involved.
