When I click on audio it says “audio off” and won’t let me click on anything. Bluetooth button is also greyed out. Volume and power **** is also unresponsive. I tested all fuses and they seem to be ok. I ran the diagnostics and included the picture below.

 

Have you checked the amplifier in the trunk? Unplug it, and see if theres any water damage, also is this a marc levinson stereo?

 

Is there a way I can check for water damage ? I was going to take it to a shop to get it diagnosed along with the head unit but I’m thinking it is the amplifier. And no I believe it is standard

 

Why not take it to the dealer and pay for 1 hours worth of diagnostics, instead of removing stuff. That way when the dealer verify the part that needs to be replaced you can buy that part used and fix it yourself.

I may go that route. My original plan was to remove both the head unit and amp and gwt it tested locally for 35$ and pay a mechanic to take it out which would be around 35$ as well but now that I think about it it could be something else besides those components. So I’ll probably just take it to the dealer thanks for the insight.
