I am purchasing a 2008 GS350 and would like to update the radio. I have not been able to find anything other than the tesla like units which for me would not be an option as I have ZERO skills. Has anyone upgraded and can you share info and pictures?

There is the GROM Vline
Basically a unit which plugs into the back of the stock stereo and allows android auto functionality etcetera
Functions like an android phone inside the head unit

Still got bugs being worked out, biggest problem is that their support seems to be terrible

There is this style of screen upgrades other than Tesla style. easy to install (if you know how) not that expensive $200-300 depends on the specs ram and storage.
Me personally I like the original not so functional OEM screens. Nav on my phone anyway and Aux input for audio plus BT connectivity for phone calls already working great and pairs well with my Samsung even though the handshake is generations different (OEM BT is 2.0 and my Samsung's is 5.0).
