Hey guys I am new to the Lexus world. Purchased my first GS last week. I cannot stand the wood grain interior. Very interested to see if it's possible to switch to the passionate black interior. It was made for 2009 models. Can it be fitted to a 2006??
I'm thinking the base interior for 3rd generation (2006 through 2011) should be same
and only difference could be for extra options that require additional switches or something.
BTW, that picture above is for right side driver.
If you do order it, make sure you get the one that is for left side driver.

I was thinking same thing. Yes I realize it's right hand drive lol. Was in gym when I posted lol. The problem is I have searched for 2 days on where to try and buy the interior but cant find crap. Any suggestions?

This is super rare. The seat has a hint of red, so a lot of scrape yard will probably list it as a black interior.
Maybe have an upholstery shop reupholster a few panels. I think the interior carpet is also red.

yeah they are definitely rare. I really just want the door amd dash pieces. I ordered custom floor mats that are black leather with red stitching. The interior of my car is already black except the ugly wood grain. Thinking of having katskins redo the seats in a black and red pattern.
thank you. I cant seem to find any carbon fiber kits for it either. That was my first choice as it is much cheaper. Carid only has exterior trim kit. I could always just have a carbon fiber vinyl overlay done on all woodgrain pieces if worse comes to worse....what you think?
You might just give the vendor above a call. They might have something.
You can also check out aliexpress, while keep in mind that this ships from China,
so it could take weeks. I bought over 100 times from aliexpress, and about
10-20% of the time, the quality of the product is not up to par for me to use.
