I have a 2007 GS and was wondering if it's possible to change the side view mirrors to a 2008-2011 side view mirror. I honestly just like the overall look more. I don't necessarily need all the newer functionalities associated with it as long as it's compatible and will fit properly.

I hear it’s possible but it may be complicated if you’re not mechanically inclined. The turn signals are embedded in the side mirrors which means additional wiring is required. I’d find a body shop and ask about the mod along with costs.
