No, the one I stripped was the actual main bolt for the transmission pan.

The one you check the fluid level has a problem with rust, for cars that havent replaced the fluid and live in snow climates

Too clean! I suspect, it was rebuilt during the carbon build up issue campaign 3-5 years ago. Go log onto mylexus.com and see the vehicles history report.

I thought so too....the motion valves that are in the intake manifold didn't much carbon build up so I didn't take out the lower plenum to clean the intake valves....the car does have its history since day one.

The engine is clean! I heard of the carbon build-up. I didn't take apart my engine but I don't feel anything wrong with it so I think it is in good shape. I do a lot of highway driving and nearly no short drives where the engine doesn't reach the operating temperature, so fingers crossed.
