timing chain

hello everyone. i have a question about 2006 lexus gs 300 timing chain replacement? since i know lexus gs 300 2006-2011 has 2 timing chains, but at what milage they really needs to be changed?? usually timing chains should be replaced after around 250 thousand km. does anyone knows about lexus?thanks

It's supposed to be lifetime like the transmission fluid.
