Default GS430 Brakes Wearing Quicker Than Normal

I have a 2006 GS430 that has been eating through front brakes like crazy. I'm having to replace them every ~6-7k miles. I've never had a car where this has happened. I just hit 7k miles after having all 4 brakes and rotors replaced and sure enough the fronts are squeaking like crazy. Any ides what could be causing this? I do live in LA with a lot of stop and go traffic, but haven't experienced this on any other car I've owned.

Stuck caliper pistons are my first thought. Are they wearing evenly or one side worn down while the other is ok?

Stuck caliper for sure. I had the same issue and it would eat up my interior pad on the driver side way to prematurely. I bought a remanufactured caliper and new pads and off I went. I had to paint the caliper matte black to match the other one though as it came silver.

I use an independent Lexus shop that claims the pads are from Lexus. I actually had a caliper replaced last time the brakes were done, but it's still happening. I'm going to take to a different mechanic this time to get a second opinion.

6-7k miles wtf are is that on a race track? Are you hard on the brakes? Also does the wear happen on both sides of the front?
