Hey guys im new to Club Lexus. Ive been trying to find a thread on here for my problem but cant so ill post it and hopefully someone can help me.
1. Radio says "Audio off."
2. No sound from anything, period.
3. Diagnostics say "Radio nconn."
4 Diagnostics say "amp nconn."
5. Checked all fuses
6. Navigation works
Is my radio and amp bad?

 

Does your AUX port work? Maybe that is shorting out the head unit

 

No. None of the buttons on the radio unit work, nor do the buttons on the steering wheel work.

 

Did you test the with a test light the fuse that powers the radio to make sure theres power going to it? If theres power, remove the radio and see if theres power going to the radio in the back. Also certain radios have an actual fuse on the back side of the radio.

There are youtube videos on how to remove the radio, its not hard.
