Go for it, solid cars! If its at 90 or 100k miles make sure the water pump has been changed. If not replace, its a $100 part and about 2 hours to install. Other then that regular maintenance! Good luck!

If you like the car I would say go for it. Super reliable and a great car to drive.

Depends on the mileage and the wear, but if you are around 100k or more, I'd suggest a few things in addition to your list:

Gas cap
Replace the cooling system pressure cap when replacing the coolant
Check the front suspension's lower control arm rear bushings -- worn bushings here will cause accelerated tire wear -- consider GS-F or aftermarket (RR-racing or FIGS?) LCA rear bushings
Clean the moonroof drains
Not sure if it's a 4GS problem too, but maybe check the AC drain tube or grommet
PCV valve
Check alternator and battery
Serpentine belt
Lube the rear brake caliper slides
Exterior detail including iron removal, clay bar, and some sort of coating
Lubricate the moonroof and sun shade slides
Replace headlight bulbs (especially halogens which lose light output over time)
