Default Ignition Coil Replacement

Hello fellow GS300 drivers,

I plan to change the spark plugs on my 06 gs300. Was wondering if it was necessary to change the ignition coils too. Car has about 150k miles. I believe that the initial ignition coils are still in there. Previously the spark plugs had been changed by the dealer. Thanks in advance for your help.

oem are durable and last long, if youre not having issue with them then leave them. Not worth replacing them with chinese junk

Don’t replace unless you have a problem. In 170k I only replaced cylinder 5 coil because of a misfire and I wasn’t sure if it was the plug or the coil, so when changing all the plugs I changed the coil as well
