Just bought this beautiful GS350 drove off the lot tried the radio, no audio. Went back to dealer, all techs went home. Hmmm
I hope this Lexus dealer takes care of me. Going back in the morning.

I would demand that they fix it or cancel the deal and give me my money back.

I would expect that they will make it right for you.

 

Bring it back and for sure they'll take care of you, I had something minor like this and they did it right away no questions asked. BTW what code reader are you using? and are the codes closely identical to the Lexus dealer ones?

 

It turned back on, wife closed the trunk, I heard a beep... I checked the radio it's working. Until we got back in the car aaaaand it doesn't work again haha
This morning my wife says everything is fine. The dealership knows of this issue and I'll go back there. They're 2 hours away so I'll go back Saturday.
